1. How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking link. Look for it in your inbox and be sure to add “genevahealthcare.org” to your contacts so it doesn’t go to spam. You can also use the Track Your Order link on our website. If you need assistance, email us at info@genevahealthcare.org.
2. How does our order verification process work?
Once you place your order on our website, you will receive an automated SMS with a verification link. You need to click on that link to confirm your order. If the link isn’t working or you don’t receive it, please email us at info@genevahealthcare.org and we’ll verify your order manually.
3. What are the exchange, return, and refund policies for Geneva Healthcare?
Any product may be returned within 10 days of purchase, provided the packaging is unopened and the product is unused. If you’ve opened the packaging and are not satisfied with the product, please email us at info@genevahealthcare.org and our team will guide you accordingly.
You can return your product via:
Courier Pickup
Our partner courier will pick up the product from your delivery address. Once we receive the product at our facility, we will deduct Rs. 200 from your order amount as a handling/pickup charge and refund the remaining amount to your bank account, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.
If you suspect your product has been tampered with, please keep the original product and packaging if possible. We’ll provide instructions on how to send it back for inspection.
4. How do I return Geneva Healthcare products if purchased from a different store?
- If you purchased our products online through another website, please follow that site’s instructions for returns and refunds.
- If you purchased our products from one of our retail partners, please return the item to that store according to their own return and refund policy.
